Description

For this mix, I aimed for a punchy and modern sound that keeps the vocals as the central focus while maintaining balance and harmony among all instruments. I wanted the voice to feel intimate yet powerful, standing out clearly within a spacious and dynamic environment.

I worked entirely in Cubase, using my standard in-the-box workflow and mixing template for routing and organization. To achieve a deep and immersive soundstage, I used multiple reverbs and delays, constantly shaping and evolving the spatial dimensions throughout the song. This motion — both in depth and stereo placement — helped maintain energy and listener engagement from start to finish.

Although I pushed the mix to sound loud and impactful, I avoided excessive limiting, leaving enough headroom for the track to breathe naturally. The result is a dynamic and open mix that emphasizes emotion and clarity while keeping a modern edge.
