A very beautiful piece and traditional Quebec song. Here, the group Quatalogne takes up this traditional song by bringing a touch of modernity, jazz and modern string arrangements. Recorded in the beautiful city during the very cold winter of 2019, the song contains 16 string parts and 8 harmonic voices, all accompanied by acoustic piano, drums and electric bass. The song ends with the recording of a children's choir.

The song is one of those works with a very pronounced symbolic character where, under the cover of the "poultry" gent, there is a delicacy of very sensitive feelings. Moreover, could we not highlight the following quotation:"... and this happened in very ancient times, when animals spoke... " :)
